If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!  We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery for items that are returned in new, unused condition in their original package, with a copy of your receipt.  You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  All return packages must be insured.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Vintage and second hand items are final sale due to the delicate & previously worn condition of these styles.  We take great care to include detailed descriptions and photos of these items on the product pages of our site.  If you have any additional questions about the quality or fit of these items, please feel free to contact us before purchasing.

All items must be postmarked for return within 15 days.  In order to return an item, you MUST FIRST REQUEST A RETURN via the steps below.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your Order Number and Email.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. Please use a box appropriate for the shipping courier/method you select.   Be sure to return items securely to prevent any damage in transit.
  4. Go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package will be emailed once your return is approved.
  5. You will be notified via email as soon as we receive your items, and when a refund is issued.

Additional info:

  • Refunds, exchanges and store credits will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned items.  All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Muses & Rebels.
  • Muses & Rebels does not cover return shipping costs but will happily cover the shipping cost of all outgoing exchanges.
  • Muses & Rebels is not responsible for lost returns.  We recommend using insured tracking when returning items.
